In recent years technology has developed so much that it is no longer necessary for companies to have their staff travelling between offices for meetings. Video conferencing has been around a while bringing together people at different sites in the country, but some have complained of jumpy computer screens, broken audio and poor lighting, which has caused a new and better technology to become increasingly popular.
