My Bosch dishwasher has been broken well over 2 months, I contacted Sears who scheduled me for an appointment in early October, the tech found a faulty part and said he would order it, he stated once the part was received to contact the repair center to receive a priority installation, a week later the part arrives and I contacted sears for your so called priority install and was given a November 1st install (2 weeks!!!).
