eFax.com is a FRAUD – Cannot Cancel PLUS Account – AutoBilled $17/mo! SCAM ALERT!

February 7th, 2011

Got an efax.com plus account for .95 per month. I had problems when I tried to cancel it, and I was concerned since it is on auto-bill to my credit card. So, I emailed them to ask them to please cancel my account. They said they could not cancel via email and told me again, how to cancel. Either cancel ONLINE or ON THE PHONE. See my attempts to cancel my efax account on this video! And worse, see how I get the run-around from my own credit card company, to top it off! What a load of BS! Efax is a total scam! Beware efax.com, j2global.com, and their stock, under the symbol JCOM. Don’t do business with scam artists! If you’re like me, you will be conned out of a nice monthly fee, with no ability to close your account!

This is a hoax, right? Says to claim my prize, I must submit my name, address, contact phone number and fax. These people should be reported.
Yep, I knew it was a hoax as soon as I opened it. Thanks for the confirm, though.
