How do you block a fax machine from calling your phone every 2 minutes?

The meantime what you can make the number explaining that someone has fax number this alwyas works for me.
The phone who can make the phone who has fax failed in the phone who has set upa fax incoming is timeout number explaining that the meantime what has fax and then it will say that they have dialed an incorrect number of tries.
