The website no longer has the free option…
J2 has taken the box “Get a Free Receive Only Fax Number” off their home page. I had one of these numbers I’ve used for years. Yesterday, J2 sent me a notice that my number has been discontinued due to over usage (which isn’t true – I have hardly used it at all). The notice wants me to upgrade to the premier package, but I don’t need that. I think they are strong arming people to upgrade and I don’t see the free service being offered anymore.
Thanks. I have been paying for my account (which I could send faxes, however, I have only received in the few years I have had it!)
