double_drago asked:

My fax was just hooked up

A. THE PROBLEM: everytime a phone call comes in, if no one answers it goes to the fax not the voicemail. I forget how to set the number of ringtones, I think the fax picks up after a certain number of ringtiones, correct me if Im wrong ?!

B. THE SECOND PROBLEM: Whenever the first happens, the fax picks up (thinking there is incoming data) I’m on my wireless and the internet connection is usually cut !! I have to wait at least a good 10 min. for the fax to recognize that there is no incoming data and the internet connection is eventually restored, or I have to go unplug the fax myself.

Nothing is hooked up to my computer, the main computer has the fax, router, connected.

—
Printer/ fax : HP laserJet 3015

Router: Airlink 101 (802.11N Wireless Router)

There’s two wires coming from my fax: one to the modem, one to the wall ..
—

THNX YAHOOO !!!
Appreciated

Elsie
